1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a zero -emission truck with electric drive to the "Orli Staw" municipal waste disposal plant.
2. Description of the subject of the contract, description of the Employer's requirements in the scope of implementation and acceptance is determined by:
- description of the subject of the contract - attachment No. 1 to SWZ,
- planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The contractor remains bound by the offer until November 8, 2025.
4. The Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
