The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - hereinafter referred to as PZP, in the form of an open tender with an estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the PZP) based on Art. 138 section 4 of the Act Pzp. The order is co-financed by the European Union under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" - project entitled "Improving the availability and quality of cardiological services through the purchase, replacement and modernization of equipment at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska", no. project: KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0375/25.
