Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of WS parachutes, hereinafter referred to as the "goods", carried out in two parts: 1.1. Part 1 - delivery of WS group A landing parachutes, 1.2. Part 2 - delivery of WS group C landing parachutes, in accordance with the Item Description order, which constitutes Annex No. 3a and 3b to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - "Detailed price offer". 3. The terms of contract execution and quality standards are presented in Annex No. 6a and 6b to the SWZ - "Drafted provisions of the contract". 4. The delivered goods must be new, first category and manufactured appropriately: a) Part 1 - in the year of delivery to the Ordering Party, b) Part 2 - no earlier than 18 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. 5. The Ordering Party's quality requirements regarding military supervision by the person implementing the process of supervising the quality of goods ordered from suppliers/cooperators are specified in Annex No. 6a and 6b to the SWZ - "Drafted provisions of the contract". 6. The goods will remain accepted in terms of technical condition, quality and completion at the place of delivery by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party. 7. The goods must meet the quality requirements specified in Annex No. 3a and 3b to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order" and in relevant standards and must have the required approvals and certificates in accordance with applicable regulations. 8.
