The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and unloading of equipment for the machine assembly workshop and intelligent electrical installations for an electrical technician at Technical Secondary School No. project titled ACTION TRANSFORMATION co-financed by the European Union under the Just Transition Fund. 2. The subject of the order will be delivered to Technical Secondary School No. 5 in the Wieloprofilowy Zespoł Szk in Tarnowskie Grach, ul. Sienkiewicza 6, 42-600 Tarnowskie Gry.3. The Ordering Party reserves, that the subject of the contract is consistent with applicable regulations and technical standards. The offered elements of the subject of the contract must be the property of the Contractor without any rights to third parties and be brand new, obtained through a legal distribution channel on the Polish market. 4. Subject of the order should have a warranty period specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix 4 to the SWZ and is counted from the date of signing the fault-free acceptance protocol by both parties, in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract5.
