Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of wood pellets in an amount of up to 300 tons to the boiler room of the Primary School with additional Belarusian language teaching in Orla, ul. Bielska 32, 17-106 Orla for the 2026/2027 heating season. 2. The scope of the order includes the supply of wood pellets in bulk, bagged or in big bags, its loading, transport to the place of delivery, unloading to the pellet warehouse. The ordering party has two pellet warehouses with a capacity of up to 8 tons each. The dimensions of the holes intended for filling the above-mentioned warehouses are: 115 cm x 310 cm, height 50 cm each.3. The Ordering Party will determine the maximum scope of the subject of the order, and its implementation will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party and is a right that the Ordering Party may, but does not have to, use. The Ordering Party is not obliged to fully use the indicated maximum order quantity. In such a case, the contractor will not be entitled to additional claims. 4. The minimum (guaranteed) size of the subject of the order will be no less than 100 tons. 5.
