Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of wood pellets to the Commune Office, village halls and the Primary School in Święta and the Primary School in Kleszczyna, with a total volume of deliveries of approximately 105.0 tons. The Ordering Party stipulates that the indicated amount of fuel is an estimate, used to calculate the offer price, compare the offer and select the best offer. The ordering party reserves the right to reduce the total order quantity by 20%. The contractor with whom the ordering party signs a contract is not entitled to a claim for implementation deliveries in the amounts specified in the offer form. The Contractor will be obliged to provide pellets of the appropriate (required) quality, made of wood from coniferous or deciduous trees, or a mixture of coniferous and deciduous trees, without any admixture of other substances, such as: adhesives, binders or hardeners, in the form of cylinders with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm (for the boiler room of the Zotów Commune Office, pellets of 6 mm diameter) and a length of up to 40 mm, with parameters not worse than: - calorific value 17.00 [MJ/kg], - average density 600 [kg/m3], - humidity 10%, - ash content 0.7%. The offered pellet must have the ENPlus A1 certificate.
