The ordering party therefore offers a framework agreement for the performance of winter services, including salting and snow removal on walkways, entrances, roads and parking areas in Boligselskabet Sjælland. The offer forms the basis for a framework agreement with 7 partial agreements. The tenderer can submit a tender for one, several or all partial agreements. In Appendix 2 - Tender list, Priority tab, the tenderer can mark with a cross "X" which partial agreements are desired as 1, 2 and 3 priority respectively. Tenderer's prioritization requests are indicative of the Orderer's allocation. The Orderer wants high delivery security and to avoid supplier dependency. Therefore, it will only be possible to be awarded three (3) subcontracts as Priority 1 (bids assessed based on the most economically advantageous offers taking into account price and quality).The maximum number of subcontracts that can be awarded to one tenderer is 4. The framework agreement enters into force on 01-10-2026 and terminates without notice on 30-09-2029. The customer has an option to extend the framework agreement of 1 x 12 months.
