Requirements: in accordance with the attached specification: 609A-10-ST-004. Information regarding placing offers: The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer), 2. Lead time of the first batch from placing the official order, 3. Validity period of the offer (min. 90 days), 4. Warranty terms - minimum required period. 48 months, 5.Delivery terms- DAP required according to Incoterms 2020, 6. Contact person. The offer should be accompanied by the following as attachments: 1. Current registration data for the contract (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF). 2. Current business insurance (OC). 3. Completed CbC file constituting an annex to the procedure. Please submit the offer to the Purchasing Platform by completing the values according to the criteria in the Purchasing Platform and the offer should be submitted as a PDF attachment with all the above-mentioned documents to procedure.
