OeBB Technische Services GmbH is planning to purchase a vertical turning machine for machining the wheel hubs of the wheels and brake discs of railway vehicles at the Knittelfeld plant.
In addition to the core system - hub machining, the tools required for this and the measuring equipment - there are all facilities for loading and unloading the system in the form of a guided system without pendulum movement for workpiece feeding and return part of the project scope.
Chips are disposed of by an automatic transport system with 2 chip containers (containers) that run across the floor (in the machine bed).
The 3 year old Maintenance contract is advertised optionally.
