With this tender, Vejle Spildevand wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of well material for use in new subdivisions as well as ongoing renovation and maintenance of the sewerage and rainwater pipeline network. Vejle Spildevand expects that the well material: •can last for so many years that replacement mainly must be due to wear and tear of the casting. •can be opened and closed for many years without problems and unnecessary work environment stress. •effectively prevents extraneous water and sand from entering the sewer system. •is designed in a way that optimizes the durability of the surrounding road surface (mainly asphalt). In particular, we are thinking about preventing clear water in the transition between the sill and the road surface. oA continuously smooth driving surface. If the frame sinks into the road surface or the frame/cover does not form an even surface, it will result in the impact of the tire on the well material, which in turn entails the risk of further greater unevenness. • is optimized in terms of noise. Here, attention is again drawn to a continuously smooth driving surface, as well as the design of the pattern. •ensures that the frame can be lifted up to several times when new road surface (wear layer) is laid. To ensure these wishes and to ensure uniformity and a high quality level, a number of technical requirements have been set for the materials, which appear in the requirements specifications.
