The delivery of weapons systems for the needs of the DOVAT is within the scope of Article 148, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, since the products are included in the list of ML1 of the list of products related to the defense, adopted on the grounds of Art. and dual -use technologies. Information to be classified as State Secret - Annex No. 1 to Article 25 of the Law on Protection of Classified Information.

The order includes a one -time delivery of weapons systems by lots specified in the technical specifications as follows:

No. 1: "Delivery of weapons systems according to the technical specification Reg. № RB202102-001-04/01-114/30.05.25";

on Weapons systems according to the technical specification Reg. № RB202102-001-04/01-115/30.05.25g. Systems will be indicated in the invitation to submit initial offers in the second stage of the procedure after pre -selection on Applicants, an integral part of which will be the technical specifications in the lots with a level of qualification "Confidential".
