The subject of the order, its scope and quality requirements are specified in detail in the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to SWZ. If order specifications, proper names, types, models and symbols are indicated in the specifications, these provisions should be understood as entries about an example product.3. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent solutions described above.
