The municipality of The Hague is committed to a clean city for everyone. This means that public space is free of dirt and grime to such an extent that people experience the city as clean. The Waste Attack Plan 2023-2026 is the current policy framework. The policy rests on the pillars of prevention, basic order and enforcement.
