The subject of the order is the delivery of a warranty extension service along with the manufacturer's technical support service for a cluster of network firewall systems and F5 devices. The order was divided into two parts of the order: Part No. 1 - Delivery of warranty extension service with support service technical manufacturer for the Checkpoint firewall system cluster Basic order: Warranty and technical support must be provided by February 21, 2027 for both services, at least at the Collaborative Enterprise Support - Standard level. Right of option: The Ordering Party allows on the basis of art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, exercising the option right. The option right includes: Warranty and technical support must be provided from February 22, 2027 to February 21, 2028 for both contracts, at least at the Collaborative Enterprise Support - Standard level. The Ordering Party's exercise of the Option Right depends on the needs of the Ordering Party identified at the stage of System operation and on the Ordering Party's possession of financial resources intended for the implementation of the Agreement. An optional order does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to grant it, nor does it constitute a basis for the Contractor's claims for compensation for failure to complete this order.
