The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a comprehensive, advanced training tool in the form of VR software enabling the implementation of multiplayer (multiplayer) together with the necessary equipment and with the provision of technical support and warranty service hereinafter referred to as the VR simulation system. The scope of delivery includes: delivery and installation of a ready, proven and tested VR simulation system in accordance with the description of OPZ; providing the necessary equipment and appropriate licenses entitling the Employer to use the simulation system VR for the purpose indicated by the Ordering Party in OPZ; Installation of a ready, proven and tested VR simulation system in accordance with the description of the OPZ on the equipment held by the Employer with the parameters indicated in the OPZ; providing technical support service after the delivery of the VR simulation system; benefit Warranty services in accordance with the agreement, including updates resulting from changes in legal provisions, removal of defects and faults detected during the operation of the VR simulation system; training of the Employer's personnel in handling the VR simulation system, processing personal data in the system in accordance with with a personal data protection policy used at the Employer; Delivery of the VR simulation system manual in paper or electronic version.
The subject of the contract must be brand new - produced not earlier than in 2024 or newer.
