Tender Details

I. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of five videoconferencing sets (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), including a camera module, a speakerphone set with accessories, and a 24-month warranty period. II. Detailed specifications and minimum technical parameters are specified in the content of Appendix No. 1 Description of the subject of the order. III. The Contractor will deliver the Equipment together with: a. with warranty cards, operating instructions and other documents necessary to take over the equipment to use or point to the manufacturer's publicly available website with the latest available versions of the instructions/documentation. If the operating manual/documentation is not available in Polish, the Ordering Party will provide the manual/documentation in English. b. That all accessories constituting the sales set. IV. The contractor, regardless of the warranty, is liable under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the equipment. The Ordering Party may exercise warranty rights for defects in the Equipment, regardless of rights arising from the warranty.
