Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a van in an unmarked police version intended for the transport of service dogs.2. The delivery includes a new vehicle, manufactured in 2026, meeting at least all minimum requirements described in a. number 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers - the subject matter of the order is indivisible. A complex offer must include both delivery and adaptation of the vehicle.4. Information regarding the availability of the subject of the order for people disabled. With regard to the condition specified in Art. 100 of the Public Procurement Law regarding accessibility for disabled persons, transport of these persons will be carried out using other vehicles adapted for such transport as part of the equipment owned by the Police or through authorized to transport disabled persons medical assistance. The ordering party will include in the description of the subject of the order the required features of the product (vehicle), including adaptation to the needs of all users.
