The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 van type passenger car intended for use as a mobile laboratory for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of the Gdańsk University of Technology2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in the annex No. 5 to SWZ. 3. The subject of the order must be adapted to right-hand traffic, brand new, complete, free from legal, construction and workmanship defects without prior use and cannot be the subject of third party rights. Towards the object the order cannot be subject to any proceedings concerning this vehicle, and it cannot be the subject of security. 4. The subject of the order includes transport of the subject of the order along with insurance along the entire route.
