PART 1 - VAN - IAS OLSZTYN [1 piece] PART 2 - VAN - IAS ZIELONA GÓRA [1 piece] 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new, unused VAN cars, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, with intended for the Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn - 1 piece and the Tax Administration Chamber in Zielona Góra - 1 piece. 2. Detailed requirements and method of implementing the subject of the order for parts 1 and 2 are specified in the Specification functional and technical specifications of the vehicle for a given part and in the Draft Agreement. 3. The Contractor attaches to the Offer Form the functional and technical specification of the vehicle for the given part for which he is submitting an offer. The functional and technical specification of the vehicle constitutes there will be evidence confirming the compliance of the offered delivery with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in the order documents, including the description of the subject of the order. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 VAN car, brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2026, for the Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn. 2.
