The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new vehicle whose technical parameters are specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to this specification.2. When calculating the price for the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the ToR, including its annexes containing a description of the subject of the order, until the Ordering Party accepts the subject of the order without any reservations.3. The subject of the order is to be brand new, unused and not displayed at exhibitions or events. fairs, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meet minimum technical and functional requirements.4.
