Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the Contractor's delivery of a used truck with a hook body according to the following specifications: Delivery of a used truck, on a three-axle chassis, with a 6x2 drive system, with an engine meeting the requirements of requirements of the EURO VI standard, equipped with a hook device structure, year of production min. 2025. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract, technically efficient and ready for work, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party: Plant/Instalacja Dylów 98-330 Dylów A, Pajęczno commune on working days from Monday to Friday from from 7:00 to 14:00. The delivery cost is included in the remuneration indicated in § 6 of the contract. 3. The contractor undertakes to demonstrate the technical efficiency of the subject of the contract, incl presence of the Ordering Party after delivery of the subject of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract will be accepted in the presence of the Contractor's representative.
