Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the supply of a used rescue vehicle for the needs of the Kouchw Volunteer Fire Department. The detailed minimum required technical parameters of the subject of the order are specified in the SWZ and annexes, including the technical specification constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.2. The subject of the order should meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements regarding emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended).3. The vehicle must be used, accident-free, technically fully functional, free from any physical and legal defects, unencumbered by the rights of third parties, and not subject to a lien or transfer agreement. There cannot be any court, enforcement, security or other proceedings pending in relation to the vehicle that may affect the ownership or the possibility of using the vehicle by the Ordering Party.4.
