Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a used bus for transporting students with technical parameters and equipment consistent with the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order should meet the following requirements: 1) meets all the features specified in the specification of the contract terms and conditions and complies with the applicable standards, 2) is registered in Poland, 3) is technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work, 4) has a complete set of technical documentation. 5) has opinion of an authorized car appraiser3. The subject of the order will be collected at the registered office of the Ordering Party. 4. The subject of the order includes training for persons who are representatives of the Ordering Party in the operation and maintenance of the vehicle and its devices. and the equipment constituting its equipment.
