Delivery of updates to medical systems databases. The subject of the order includes: - one-off delivery of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, meeting the other requirements specified in the SWZ - up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract, - checking the completeness of the subject of the order before the protocol acceptance of the complete subject of the order on the date agreed with the Ordering Party, - providing support that meets the parameters specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - for a period of 36 months from the date of official receipt of the complete subject of the order. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no serious damage") for environmental purposes resulting from Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18/06/2020 and the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing an Instrument for Recovery and Reconstruction Resilience Framework (RRF) and guidelines regarding the National Recovery Plan, while maintaining horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equal opportunities.
