The subject of the order is the delivery to the Ordering Party of tactical vests with reflective elements and webbing belts, hereinafter also referred to as the "subject order", divided into 2 (two) tasks (parts), therefore the Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following: 1) Task no. 1 - tactical vests with reflective elements; 2) Task no. 2 - webbing belts. 2. Assortment, number and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. REVERSE PROCEDURE! EAT ONLY FROM THE HIGHEST RATED CONTRACTOR! Pursuant to Art. 139 section 2 of the Act, before selection of the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party will call on the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest to submit, within the specified deadline, a declaration that he was not subject to exclusion and met the conditions for participation in the proceedings on the date of submission of the offer. 1.
