The subject of the order is the delivery of uniforms and equipment in 2027 - an insulating sweatshirt in the quantity specified in the order documents.
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of items in 2027 uniforms and equipment - insulating sweatshirts in the quantities specified in the order documents.
2. The subject of the order must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): 546/MON.
3. The items of the order will be subject to supervision quality implemented by AU in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1.
4. The contractor will be obliged to submit the following evidence together with the offer:
a) A certificate confirming that potential Contractors have PUiW company templates in accordance with the WDTT and the PUiW template for mass production issued by the Commander of WOBWSM for: insulating sweatshirt - pattern 546/MON with the date of issue after February 3, 2017.
In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract, the measures in question evidence along with the offer will be obliged to submit at least one of them. If the Contractor commissions a Subcontractor to produce a complete item (PUiW), the requirement to provide the Ordering Party with the evidence referred to above also applies to this Subcontractor.
