Subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery (including transport) of the finished product indicated in Annexes No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9 to SWZ, which is not subject to any modernizations or changes. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in WDTT and WT-U compliant with current subject patterns applicable in the Ministry of National Defense, and draft provisions of the contract. The contractor will deliver the items of the order manufactured on the basis of WDTT and WT-U and current designs confirmed by the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Uniformed Service in Łódź 90-613, ul. Gdańska 89 (WOBW SM) for series production. The description of the subject of the contract (contained in the WDTT, WTU) specifies the quality requirements relating to all important features of the subject of the contract. The ordering party reserves the right to include up to 20% of items in non-standard sizes that are not included in WDTT and WT-U. The Contractor will provide a warranty (in writing) for the delivered items for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery of the items...
