Tender Details

Delivery of uniform elements for the Municipal Guard of the City of Krakow 1. The subject of the order is the supply of uniform elements, made according to the patterns specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 28, 1998 on uniforms, ID cards, insignia and identification signs of municipal (city) guards and consistent with the uniform patterns used by SMMK. 2. The sizes for individual parts of the order will be determined with the selected Execution after concluding the contract. 3. The burden of the performance is to demonstrate that the offered uniform elements are consistent with the SWZ - the subject of the order should be provided with appropriate labels describing the composition of the materials used or the offer should be accompanied by separate information from the Contractor in this respect, e.g. an appropriate certificate, a certificate or other document confirming that the uniform elements offered in the offer are compliant with the OPZ. 4. Designs submitted with the tender offer by Contractor must be consistent with the uniform designs used by SMMK. Offers not matching these conditions, will be rejected as inconsistent with the SWZ. 6. Photographs (photos) of models of uniforms in force at SMMK will be made available at the request of the interested party, submitted via the party to the proceedings. 7.Order allows the submission of offers partial parts, the Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts, in accordance with the following division: a) Part 1 - Field uniform, b) Part 2 - Shirts and sweatshirts, c) Part 3 - Shirts, d) Part 4 - Hats, e) Part 5 - Signage ...
