Tender Details

Ultrasound machine 1) The subject of the Order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 piece of Premium class ultrasound equipment along with training. This Subject of the Order should include equipment, delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party, installation, starting the equipment, connecting the equipment to the RIS/PACS system existing in the Hospital and staff training. 2) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The order was not divided into parts. A contractor may submit only one application offer. 3) A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex 4, which is an integral part of the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to the Contractors' inquiries. 4) Equipment offered must be a medical device approved for trading and use in Poland in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 on medical devices. 5) The offered equipment must be brand new (year of production: 2026, unused, complete and it is not necessary to purchase additional elements and accessories to start it and use it as intended. The device or any of its parts component, equipment, etc. it cannot be reconditioned, exhibition equipment or previously used by another user. 6) The required payment term is up to 30 days.
