Delivery of a type C ambulance with equipment 6.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a type C ambulance with equipment. 6.2. The subject of the order must be approved for trading and use in the territory of Poland, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard. within the scope of legal regulations, it must have all necessary certificates and other documents included in the SWZ. 6.3. A detailed description/conditions regarding the subject of the order are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and: detailed requirements regarding technical and operational parameters of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 2b to the SWZ, i.e. in the Offer Form. The Contractor should complete the above attachment by providing information (description) about the offered subject of the order or confirmation parameters provided by the ordering party and entering "YES - According to SWZ".
