1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two UTV vehicles (including the first start-up and user training) meeting all technical and operational parameters and requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ, including the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.2 The delivered vehicles constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, manufactured in 2026, i.e. unused before the date of delivery and free from defects (together with all additional devices, including tires).3. The delivered vehicles must meet all quality requirements and standards applicable to this type of goods and must be placed on the market in the EU in accordance with applicable regulations.
