They may apply for the award of a contract Contractors who meet the condition for participation in the procedure regarding technical or professional capacity. The contractor will prove that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers in the procedure, and if the period of conducting business is shorter, during this period, he made at least 2 deliveries of trucks, where the value of the delivery of one truck was min. PLN 700, 000 gross. In the case of deliveries whose value was expressed in the contract in a currency other than PLN, this currency must be converted currency into PLN using the average NBP exchange rate on the date of delivery (in the case of services settled only in currencies other than PLN). 2.
