1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two NGFW class hardware network ports with performance parameters equivalent to or higher than FortiGate 120G devices, together with implementation in a high availability (HA) cluster. The subject of the order is specified in detail in Annex No. 10 to the specification of contract terms. The order is co-financed by the European Union as the implementation of the contract number FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/1688/FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2024 for entrusting a grant to Measure 2.2. National strengthening cybersecurity system, a grant competition under the Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd grant project number FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23, concluded between the Buyer and the State Treasury, on whose behalf the Digital Poland Project Center, based in Warsaw, operates, 01-044 at ul.
