1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: 1) one brand new delivery bus (van) in a brigade version with a workshop and service structure, 2) one brand new box bus with a double cabin and a tarpaulin cover luggage space, - the needs of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ - III part of the SIWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU - II part of the SIWZ), which constitute an integral part of the SIWZ.3. Common Vocabulary designation: 34115000-6 (other passenger cars). 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, called Tasks in the procedure documentation, in accordance with the following: 1) Task 1. Delivery of one one piece of a brand new delivery bus (van) in a brigade version with a workshop and service structure, 2) Task 2. Delivery of one piece of a brand new box bus with a double cabin and a tarpaulin cover luggage space.5.The contractor may submit an offer for one selected part or more than one part of the order.6. The Ordering Party informs that a separate contract will be concluded for each task. 7. The procedure is conducted in tender mode unlimited regulatory basis based on the provisions of the Regulations for awarding contracts of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., to which the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law - sectoral procurement subpromotion do not apply...
