1. The subject of the order is the supply of two (2) pieces of portable 800GE transport network testers/analyzers intended for testing, commissioning and diagnostics in the backbone, aggregation and DCI (Data Center Interconnect) networks of the telecommunications operator: 2. Devices supplied must: 1) be new, unused, from the same manufacturer, 2) have an identical version of hardware and firmware, 3) enable measurements between two devices in remote mode, 4) all functions required in the Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), except for those marked as optional, must be covered by the licenses supplied with the device and active on the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol. The Ordering Party does not allow the need to purchase additional licenses in order to meet the OPZ requirements.3.
