1. Containers for blood collection, for obtaining buffy coat without buffy coat in enrichment solution, fresh frozen plasma (it is possible to obtain a concentrated blood film from the buffy coat), closed set, sterile, pyrogen-free, ensuring a controlled, closed system flowu between containers. The kit must be CE marked. The contracting authority allows containers in which, after the end of the production process, there are single drops of liquid remaining after sterilization. 2. Empty top container with a capacity of max. 600ml, min. 500 ml, middle container with 63 ml CPD for collecting 450 ml of blood and a lower container containing 105 ml / - 5 ml of SAGM or ADSOL fluid with a maximum capacity of 600 ml, min. 500 ml. 3. The containers must be resistant to centrifugation with an acceleration of at least 5000xg (within 10 minutes) with a blood collection volume of 450 ml / - 10%. 4. Transfer Container do plasma storage should ensure the possibility of shock freezing at a minimum temperature of -60 degrees C and safe storage of plasma at -25 degrees C to -90 degrees C for 36 months while maintaining the flexibility and sterility of the container. 5. The material from which the containers are made and dRhenium must be transparent to allow visual inspection of the fluid and blood component contained in the containers and tubing. 6. All containers are made of plastic that allows for the storage of both RBC, plasma and platelets. 7. Capable of collecting 450 ml of whole blood.
