Delivery of a coupled triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) with high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC System) 1) The subject of the order is the supply of a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) coupled with high-performance chromatography liquid (UHPLC System). 2) In particular, the Contractor's obligations will include: 1) delivery of the subject of the order, i.e. triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC System) (including in particular loading, transporting, bringing in, unloading, setting up, assembling, connecting to the installation in the laboratory at a designated place) to the laboratory located in the building of the Faculty of Chemistry, 2) assembly, installation and commissioning of equipment in laboratory immediately after delivery and checking its correct operation to obtain the required parameters, 3) conducting training for the Ordering Party's employees who are users in the proper operation of the equipment and maintenance. The training will take place immediately after installation and commissioning of the equipment on a working day, 4) granting a warranty and guarantee of the quality of the Subject of the order for a specified period in the submitted offer, 5) maintenance of the delivered Subject Matter over time specified in the contract, 6) performing warranty service during the warranty period, including the provision of technical assistance. 3) The Subject of the Order must be performed in accordance with the Act of July 19, 2019 about ensuring...
