The subject of the order is the delivery of tree seedlings with unloading: Part I: delivery of 415 pcs. of tree seedlings, including: Small-leaved lime Greenspire Norway maple Princeton Gold Norway maple Royal Red Tatar maple Ginnala cherry red Nigra Common rowsh (rowan) Powdery mountain ash Magnifica Black pine Single-colored fir (Californian) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 4a to SWZ. NOTE: The Ordering Party has financial resources in the amount of PLN 60, 000.00. The Ordering Party reserves the right to submit orders for plant material covered by the subject of the order in smaller quantities than in Annex 1a to the offer form. The Contractor will be informed about the final number of seedlings of individual species/varieties before concluding the contract.
