Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of traps, pheromone dispensers and traps elements for the needs of the organizational units of the State Forests in the Republic of Poland.

The amount of assortment is specified in Annex 2 (form assortment and price). The amounts of the subject of the contract provided are the maximum quantities of the subject of the contract that the contracting authority can order and are used to compare and evaluate offers. The terms of the order processing were included in Annex 10 to SWZ - contract draft.

3. Orders in the proceedings are: 1) plant Production and Service of the State Forests in Olsztyn, 2) Forest Transport Center Gorzow Wielkopolski, 3) Service and Production Plant of the State Forests in Łodź. The contracting authority indicated above acting on the basis of art. 38 para. 1 and 2 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), they concluded an agreement for joint preparation and conduct of the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party who will conduct the procedure on behalf of all Employers and awards the Order is the Service and Production Plant of the State Forests in Łodź.
