Delivery with transport, unloading and bringing in computer equipment for UMP units under a framework agreement. 1. The subject of the order is: Delivery, including transport, unloading and bringing in computer equipment for UMP units as part of framework agreement. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (OPZ). The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor to award the contract for an amount not less than 30% of the contract value. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered service: including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, did not include: •ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; •ICT product whose type has been specified in the supplier recognition decision as a high-risk supplier referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision.
