Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of SERE training equipment for the 25th Military Economic Detachment in Białystok and supply units, in accordance with the assortment specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 3a to this Specification Terms of Order. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the description of the subject of the order. All delivered articles constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, manufactured no later than 2025, delivered to the Ordering Party in original manufacturer's packaging, must have the manufacturer's logo and name on the outer packaging, as well as a description of the contents in Polish, and must have intact features of the original packaging. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 441 Pzp will exercise the option right in the event of occurrence the need to order additional products (applies to task 1) in connection with the financial resources allocated for this purpose. The provisions applicable to the basic order apply to orders covered by the option right. The Ordering Party reserves the right to failure to use the entirety or part of the order covered by the option right, and the Contractor declares that he will not make any claims for this reason...
