1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a trailed field sprayer to the Bonin Experimental Station. A detailed description of the required technical parameters of the sprayer is provided in Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.2. Detailed conditions under which the Ordering Party will award the order, incl above all, the Contractor's obligations are specified in this SWZ, in particular Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (template contract).3. The subject of the order should be delivered to: IHAR-PIB, Zakład Dowiadczalny Bonin, Bonin 48, 76-009 Bonin.4.
