4.1. The subject of the order is the delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of a brand new agricultural tractor with approval, adapted to conduct driving lessons, category T, with a year of production not older than 2025, with an engine power of 70-100 HP, complete and free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Act on vehicle drivers of January 5, 2011 (Journal of Laws 2024.1210, consolidated text), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 24, 2023 on the examination of persons applying for driving licenses, training, examination and obtaining authorizations by examiners, and document templates used in these matters (Journal of Laws 2023, item 2659); Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024.502, consolidated text) and the Act of June 20, 1997 Road traffic law (Dz.U.2024.1251 t.j.).
