Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for traction purposes at the electric points of the heating system of wagon trains (Sowag) in the management of the Ordering Party located at the Employer's premises, confirmed by guarantees of origin from renewable sources energy (renewable energy).

2. The supply of electricity is understood as direct sale of electricity by the Contractor to the Employer and the transfer of electricity ownership at delivery places (PPE) in the quantities indicated by the measuring and billing systems together z providing a commercial balance service.
