Task No. 1 - Tires Task no. 2 - Tires Task no. 3 - Tires 1. The subject of the order is the supply of tires for wheeled vehicles in accordance with the order documents. 2. The procedure is divided into 3 tasks (parts). 3. Description of the item the order and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 4. The type (assortment) and quantities of each assortment (subject of the order) are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Pricing form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. as well as in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU). 6. Terms of order execution specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right specified in detail in the order documents, i.e. in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price form and in the Annex No. 3 to SWZ - PPU. 1.
