Delivery of text proofreading software 1. The subject of the order is to provide software for proofreading scientific texts in English with a license for use as part of the Ordering Party's business activities (commercial license), for 20 users, within a period of 12 months from the date of its activation, along with the Contractor granting or ensuring that the Ordering Party is granted an appropriate license enabling the use of the Software on the terms arising from the License Terms, provided that in to the above extent, the Contractor is legally obliged to act towards the Ordering Party as the Licensor or on behalf of the Licensor or Licensors, having the appropriate right, agreement, power of attorney or authorization from the Licensor or Licensors. 2.
