Task No. 1. Delivery of tests to POCT along with the lease of devices, management software and integration with LIS/HIS in two locations: Szczecin ul. Arkońska 4 and Szczecin ul. A. Sokołowskiego 11 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of tests to POCT with rental of devices, management software and installation with LIS/HIS in two locations: Szczecin ul. Arkońska 4 and Szczecin ul. A. Sokołowskiego 11. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the project contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annexes No. 1A and 1B to the SWZ. 2. The detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Place of implementation The subject of the order will be the Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin at ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin in location - ex: 1) warehouse of the Ordering Party's Laboratory Diagnostics Department at ul. Arkońska 4 (building I), 2) Bet Laboratory Diagnostics of the Ordering Party at ul. A. Sokołowskiego 11 (building E). 3) Pharmacy Warehouse located at ul. Arkońska 4, 4)Pharmacy Warehouse located at ul. Sokołowskiego 11 4.
