3.2. The subject of the order is the supply of tests for the diagnosis of bovine spongiform encephalopathy and scrapie in sheep and goats (including the atypical form) with accessories (pipette tips, test tubes, plates, bags, foils, etc.) and the lending of equipment enabling them performed at the Veterinary Hygiene Institute in Krakow. 3.3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Designed contractual provisions. 3.4. All requirements specified in the documents indicated in point 3.3. are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order. 3.5. Place of order fulfillment: Veterinary Hygiene Plant in Krakow ul. Brodowicza 13 B, 30-965 Kraków. 3.6. If the minimum order level is not used, i.e. the delivery of tests allowing for 23, 000 determinations, the contract is extended until it is achieved, but no longer than by 6 months. When the order is completed at the minimum level within the extended order execution period, the contract will expire, subject to the provisions of point 3.7. SWZ, i.e. the possibility for the Ordering Party to exercise the option right. Extension of the period execution of the order does not require the preparation of an annex to the contract.
