Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of TestRail Enterprise Server 20 Users software (license) or equivalent software, enabling the consolidation of two licenses for 10 users held by the Ordering Party. 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 3. Order completion date: up to 5 business days from the date of signing the contract. 4. Method of evaluating offers: When selecting the most advantageous offer from among the non-rejectable offers submitted in response to the contract notice, the Ordering Party will be guided by the criterion and its significance. and will evaluate the offers within the offer evaluation criteria. The Ordering Party will award the order to the Contractor whose Offer receives the highest number of points. 5.
