1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the Hospital Operating Income-Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Four Million (PhP4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Ultrasonic-assisted Wound Debridement Machine under ITB No. 2026-421 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Ultrasonic-assisted Wound Debridement Machine. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
